SFI Australia are excited to announce a partnership with Viva Energy for their Geelong refinery consumables, industrial supplies and tooling.
The project spans three years and includes industrial supplies, PPE vending machines and tooling.
The Viva Energy Geelong Refinery has been an important part of the Victorian community, supplying energy for over 68 years.
The refinery produces approximately half of Victoria’s petrol and fuel needs and is one of only a handful of refineries in the Southern Hemisphere that produces Avgas (aviation gas).
The Project
SFI Australia are providing Viva Energy employees with specialised PPE, protective garments, and associated items to suit the working conditions the refinery, which is considered a major hazard facility.
The scope of this contract includes the supply and stocking of PPE vending machines, PPE, consumables, tooling, clothing and footwear. This project is set to run over the next three years encompassing industrial supplies for the day-to-day operations of the refinery as well as shutdowns and turnarounds where required.
Continuing our partnership supporting Viva Energy
This project continues our partnership with VIVA Energy where SFI Australia were instrumental in supporting the turnaround of the TA Boiler. This was a turnkey stores and logistics project featured a 40ft tool stores hub, providing tools, equipment, industrial supplies, hire and sale of equipment as well as support and logistics and a temporary stores facility.
