“Together SFI and ATOM can take responsibility of your entire supply chain — from sourcing to the workers hands. By working together we can offer clients access to Australia’s only full-service industrial supply partner that turns thousands of little transactions into one controlled, accountable platform.”
Brad Thomas, General Manager, SFI Australia
Worksites face increasing pressure to do more with less – labour and capital – and owners are struggling to solve the productivity challenge posed by labour shortages, rising costs, inefficient supply chains and worksite downtime caused by ineffective inventory and tooling management.
The acquisition brings ATOM, Integrated Industrial, HoseCo and SFI together to deliver one platform to tackle Australia’s worksite productivity challenges head-on.
“Management of the little things – the consumables, tools, uniforms and inventory – that keep worksites productive – is often deemed unimportant by corporate leadership. But they’re not unimportant to site management who must deal with the daily consequences – from reduced productivity to major disruptions – when managing these little things goes wrong”, said Jason Johnson, CEO of The ATOM Group.
“This acquisition is a key piece of the platform we’re building to solve the productivity issue on Australia’s worksites. It adds the technology and onsite capabilities to the Group’s already national scale. By embedding people, hardware and technology directly into customer operations, the ATOM Group improves worksite productivity by ensuring all the little things – consumables, tools, uniforms and inventory – required by workers are always available, when they’re needed, where the work is done, not stuck somewhere in the supply chain. It improves productivity, promising zero downtime, while also reducing costs and working capital.”
“We remove noise, costs and capital from the customer’s supply chain, and improve visibility and control. That’s the difference“
Jason Johnson, CEO, Atom Group
