This year, NAIDOC Week runs from 5–12 July 2026, marking an incredible milestone with the national theme “50 Years of Deadly”. This powerful theme celebrates five decades of visibility, resistance, pride, and the enduring strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Across the ATOM Group, encompassing ATOM, SFI, Hoseco and Integrated Industrial, we are immensely proud to participate in these celebrations and put our long-term commitment to reconciliation into action.
Our Formal Commitment: The Reflect RAP
While ATOM Group has collaborated with First Nations communities for years, 2026 represents a major step forward. In March 2026, Reconciliation Australia officially endorsed our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan formalises our dedication to building cultural awareness, investing in regional and remote communities, and supporting meaningful employment pathways. Our ongoing financial and operational commitments also play a crucial role in walking alongside our communities.
Spotlighting First Nations Art and Enterprise
The stunning official 2026 NAIDOC Week poster, Paralpi, was created by acclaimed Yankunytjatjara artist Zaachariaha Fielding. The artwork captures the sounds of Paralpi, a significant place on the eastern APY Lands in South Australia, where Elders teach children to move and mimic their Clan emblem, the maku (witchetty grub).
In the spirit of celebrating First Nations excellence and community, we are also thrilled to feature Cooee Native Superfoods. Founded by Tezzi, a proud Yaama woman, Cooee creates allergy-friendly, vegan cookies and snacks using native Australian ingredients like finger lime and wattleseed. Cooee gives back by donating products across Australia and directing profits to important social causes.
Let’s make this NAIDOC Week our best one yet by celebrating culture, amplifying First Nations voices, and walking together toward a better future.
