The SFI Australia team will be taking a well-deserved break to recharge and spend quality time with their family and friends from the 19th of December to the 13th of January 2024.
As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to extend our warmest wishes to all our customers and let you know our upcoming holiday trading hours. Our team is looking forward to a well-deserved break, and we want to ensure you’re fully informed of our schedule during this period.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as our staff take the opportunity to refresh and prepare to come back in full force in the New Year.
Holiday Closing and Reopening Dates
Thursday, 19th December – Holiday Season
Our final trading day of the year. Orders placed by 12pm Wednesday 18th will be processed as usual before we begin our holiday break, taking the time to relax and recharge.
New Year Reopening Schedule
We’ll be returning in January on a phased schedule to ensure a smooth transition back to full operations:
Monday, 6th January – Core Staff Return
Most of our team will be back ready to assist with any urgent inquiries and begin processing orders.
Monday, 13th January – All Staff Return
Our full team will be back in action, prepared to kick off 2025!
