Brad is an innovative and supportive leader who empowers his team to use their skills to achieve the best possible result for the business. He leads with positivity and removes all roadblocks to allow SFI Australia to get to its destination as quickly as possible.
Overseeing and guiding areas such as operations, communication and finance, Brad leads the team to maximum productivity and efficiency by developing processes, motivating staff and creating innovative approaches to new product designs and sales strategies.
Above all, Brad is a natural leader who engages with his team and genuinely cares for his staff and customers.

Andrew Rolt

After an early career with Philips Electronics and HJ Heinz Andrew moved into senior roles in international telecoms.
Among other roles Andrew has been CFO of the first mobile network in Afghanistan, Commercial Advisor to the CTO of Saudi Telecom and CFO, then acting CEO, of bmobile in PNG.
Andrew has extensive infrastructure build experience having been COO at AlanDick West Africa, building 100 base station sites per month in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon and Gabon. Andrew has also led the operations of e.co Bangladesh managing more that 15000 base station sites with the added challenge of rarely available and erratic grid provided electric power.
As a qualified chartered accountant Andrew holds a BA (Econ) from the University of Manchester and Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from South Bank University. He specialises in working with rapidly growing businesses.
Away from work Andy is a rugby referee, an enthusiastic home brewer as well as enjoying cycling.

Marketing and innovation is often the catalyst for change. When faced with new challenges marketing answers turning to them into opportunity.
Mark was appointed to the role of Head of Head of Marketing and Innovation in July bringing with him over 18 years’ experience in the strategy, marketing and communication.
Mark is a proactive, hands-on marketing and business specialist with a natural leadership style and drive to encourage professional growth with everyone he meets.
Passionate about business development through communication and marketing. Mark has an in-depth background in both commercial and government project management. His skills range from eCommerce Implementation, Product and Service Development, Social Media and Digital Marketing Strategy.
Mark specialises in marketing communication. He oversees projects from planning through to delivery ensuring clear communication and direction. Mark provides a professional and individual approach towards finding solutions and creating new ideas through innovation and technology empowering his team to use their passion and skills to drive the business forward.
