Holiday Closing and Reopening Dates
Wednesday, 17th December – Holiday Season
Our final trading day of the year. Orders placed by 12pm Wednesday 18th will be processed as usual before we begin our holiday break, taking the time to relax and recharge.
Delivery Teams & Suppliers: If delivery falls within the closure period, please dispatch Monday 5th January, 2026.
Project Teams: Project specific locations will be communicated with directly regarding last order dates and times. Please reach out to your account manager during this time period if an enquiry is urgent. Updates will also be provided through our Online Trade Hubs.
New Year Reopening Schedule
We’ll be returning in January on a phased schedule to ensure a smooth transition back to full operations:
Monday, 5th January – Core Staff Return
Most of our team will be back ready to assist with any urgent inquiries and begin processing orders.
Wednesday, 7th January – All Staff Return
Our full team will be back in action, prepared to kick off 2026!
