Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea – We’re Up For It!

Every cup of tea holds within it the potential to spark conversations, forge connections, and create change. In Australia, one event harnesses the power of this simple beverage to make a significant impact on the fight against cancer – Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea.

As proud supporters of this noble cause, SFI Australia is gearing up to host a memorable morning tea event, with the aim of raising over $2000 to support cancer research, prevention, and support services.

A Tradition of Giving:

Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea has become a beloved tradition across the country. Every year, thousands of individuals, organisations, and communities come together to host morning tea events, all with the shared goal of raising funds for the Cancer Council. What started as a small gathering in 1994 has since grown into one of the nation’s most significant fundraising events, with millions of dollars raised annually.

At SFI, we recognize the importance of giving back to our community and supporting causes that have a meaningful impact on the lives of Australians. Cancer is a disease that has touched the lives of many, whether directly or indirectly, and we are dedicated to doing our part in the fight against it. That’s why we are proud to announce our participation in Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea this year.

On Thursday 23rd May, our team in Perth, Ballarat, Karratha, Cooma, Gladstone, and Brisbane come together to support Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea. Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85. Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea sets out to change that. 

How You Can Get Involved:

We believe that every contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a difference. There are several ways you can get involved in our Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea event:

1. Attend our event: Join us on Thursday May 23rd at our Perth or Ballarat Head Offices for a morning of camaraderie and compassion. Your attendance and participation will help us reach our fundraising goal.
   
   
2. Donate: If you are unable to attend our event in person, you can still show your support by making a donation. Every dollar counts and will go towards supporting the Cancer Council’s invaluable work. Donations can be made at: SFI Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea
